22/04/2024 - The new residential development project that will complete the offer of new housing in the Navile district. A building permit has been obtained for the first phase, which includes the construction of 145 new Class “A” apartments equipped with multifunctional services for residents.
The urban regeneration process of the Navile district gains momentum again with the new residential development project called “Bologna Bloom”.
The project is designed by the architecture firm Lombardini22 and involves the construction of two 11‑storey towers and a low-rise 4‑storey building, for a total of 145 apartments ranging from studios to five-room units. On the ground floor there will be shared services (concierge, bicycle room, children’s area, fitness area, and other multifunctional spaces), while the two underground levels will house parking spaces and garages. In the immediate vicinity, construction is already underway for a new supermarket and a student residencethat will accommodate about 400 students.
The marketing of the apartments has been entrusted to Abitare Co., a real estate services and brokerage company specializing in new residential developments.
Bologna Bloom is an initiative promoted by Prelios Sgr through the FIDIA fund, with First Atlantic Real Estate acting as advisor.
