Italy’s residential real estate market continues its positive trend: in Q1 2026, both property sales (+4.4%) and rental transactions (+0.3%) increased. Prices also rose for both purchases (+4.3%) and rentals (+2.3%). The new-build residential market also recorded positive growth, with transactions up 14.6%.
